My First Exhibit

I’m pleased to announce that two of my art pieces are on display during the 2012–13 academic year in Hall Health Center on the University of Washington Seattle campus. This week was the opening for artists to meet each other and view/explain our work. Mark Shaw, Curator and tour guide, led us through the hallways, waiting areas, and clinics on three floors where our works now grace the center’s walls. I’m thrilled to share “Mischief” (ink and watercolor) and “Burke Gilman Commuters” (colored pencil) with patients and employees this academic year. May all of our art bring smiles and enjoyment to passersby and help them relax during their clinic visits. Exhibit theme? Health, of course!!

Thank you, Mark, for bringing us together. I met some wonderful artists.

  1. Kim,

Congratulations! :). You are such an amazing artist and you should be doing this for a living… Perhaps this will be your next career! Maybe we’ll co-teach together!! 🙂
