Under the Ship Canal Bridge

There are many ‘floating home’ communities around Seattle. Yep, lots of water. Here is the edge of one such neighborhood, peeking out from under the Ship Canal Bridge—a major N-S freeway arterial. I hope these homes have double-paned windows!

  1. What an intriguing little water-borne community. Love the lush bank of soft green trees behind the buildings. Is it homes or stores or cafes?? Who lives there or who shops there??
