Napa Valley

I spent last weekend with friends and family in Napa Valley, California. The tail of a Pacific typhoon caught the whole upper west coast so the usual warm temps and sunshine eluded us most of the weekend. No matter—we had a great time between wine tastings, a harvest festival, and a raucous birthday celebration!

Here’s a down-valley view from Miner’s Family Winery along Silverado Trail.(Click  to enlarge)

And the ubiquitous crow.

  2. GREAT crow picture! Love them both. The bird is all featherstyle and attitude. You’ve captured the essence of crowdom.
