Sketch-A-Day HAWAI’I — Waikoloa

We spent our last day and a half north of Kona-Kailua on the Waikoloa coast after circumventing the island on the beautiful Belt Highway. The sunset was stunning—no way to replicate it, really. Just after the huge orange orb set, a silhouetted puffy cloud was outlined in brilliant orange. Moments later it diffused into soft linear layers of color spreading horizontally across the sky. What a finale!

Mahalo for all your ‘likes’ and comments throughout my Sketch-A-Day Hawai’i journey. There will be other adventures to share, I promise.
